我们遗憾地共同宣布，泛中联盟 2016 年冬季模拟联合国大会因主办方泛中部模拟联合国跨区域合作联盟（泛中）会前规划失策、财务状况紧张等原因，已于 2016 年 1 月 26 日向爱梦模拟联合国协会 IMUN（爱梦IMUNC）正式提出解除该会议危机联动会场之合作。经友好协商后，双方达成如下共识，并声明：

1. 泛中对此次合作未能开展深表遗憾，裁撤会场和原学术人员属无奈之举。泛中对爱梦 IMUNC 方面既已提供的相关学术支持及付出表示感谢与认可，并已对相关学术指导及爱梦 IMUNC 方面进行了充分、及时、有效且全面的补偿/赔偿；

2. 爱梦 IMUNC 尊重合作伙伴泛中的解约决定，并对泛中及其相关负责人的负责态度予以认可，对补救措施表示满意，承诺主动放弃声索《合作协议》项下之违约金，并将进一步敦促泛中妥善处理原定参会代表的后续调剂/善后问题；

3. 本声明发布之日，双方原合作协议自动解除，但泛中与爱梦 IMUNC 将继续保持友好关系。我们对受到本次会议调整影响的原危机联动会场代表们致以歉意。如有任何后续问题，请致信 [email protected] 或 [email protected] 向主办方或爱梦 IMUNC 请求帮助。

我们诚挚地邀请各位模联人在未来参与泛中或爱梦 IMUNC 组织的其他会议，共襄盛举。

IMUNC 2016 Conference Brochure released

IMUNC has released the brochure for its ninth annual conference on the first day of 2016. IMUNC 2016 Conference Brochure is now available for download.

With the technology advanced by the introduction of iDocument that virtually took over all the typesetting process this year, we were able to devote more of our efforts in contents of the brochure. As a result, IMUNC 2016 Conference Brochure will be provided in a bilingual way. 2 editions of the brochure, Chinese and English, are now available for download at this page.

为致力于完善会议的学术质量，提供与搭建纯粹的交流和学术平台，爱梦模拟联合国协会（IMUN）在此荣幸地宣布，我们将与江苏省天一中学国际部模拟联合国社团在 2016 年 4 月 2 日 ～ 4 月 4 日共同举办 IMUNC 2016 华东地区分会。

江苏省天一中学国际部模拟联合国社团是以激发、满足并促进学生对模拟联合国活动兴趣为目的的非营利性学生组织，由国际部学生自主创立并管理运行。自 2009 年创社以来，天一AP模联社始终致力于为社员和其他模联人带来独特的体验，组织筹办了三次模拟联合国会议，为模拟联合国活动注入了新的血液。我们期待能通过模拟联合国这样一项具有非凡意义的活动，将国际视野、合作精神、追求真理、认真严谨等精神传达到社员及当代青年人的身上，让他们感受到责任感，使命感与荣誉感。

爱梦模拟联合国协会是学生独立运营的、不以营利为目的的社团类模联组织，成立于 2008 年，八年来已相继举办过 9 次全国会议和 15 次地区分会。爱梦以其独创的联动体系闻名，另拥有一支专业化的法学分支学术团队和以真实世界模拟为原则的创新分支。八年来，爱梦本着“Better than Best”的理念，以“帮助代表成为更好的自己”为宗旨，为近 4000 名模联爱好者提供了高质量的模联学术活动。

这是江苏省天一中学国际部模拟联合国社团与爱梦模拟联合国的首次合作，为此，我们精心筹备，而爱梦也将派出最为优秀的学术团队与之共同携手，力求为代表带来全真世界模拟的会议，增加代表的参与度和体验度。

Announcing Cooperation between PBGMUNC and IMUNC

鉴于，爱梦模拟联合国大会（以下简称“爱梦 IMUNC”）是一个完全由学生创办并运营的不以营利为目的的独立模拟联合国会议，有着多年会议组织经验，并凭借其学术口碑极佳的模拟联合国、模拟法庭、战略模拟等活动在中国地区广受认可；

鉴于，爱梦IMUNC法学分支固定组织各类模拟法庭、立法讨论会及各类法律委员会，长期在普及法律知识、普及法治教育方面进行不懈努力，通过给高中生举办形色各异的法学类活动积攒了丰富的普法经验，在指导专业化、实务化方面正在做出尝试；

鉴于，广西壮族自治区人民检察院的有关部门会定期在高中生群体中开展模拟法庭类活动进行法治教育，在指导专业化、实务化、正规化方面十分完善。与法律实务部门开展合作，让活动参与人员了解实务部门运作模式是普及法治教育的题中之义；

鉴于，南宁二中是广西壮族自治区首批重点中学，在全区内有着巨大的影响力。同时南宁二中模拟联合国协会（以下简称“南二模联”）是广西最早的模拟联合国协会，有着数次举办广西地区会议经历，是广西唯一能够举办地区级会议的模拟联合国社团；

经过南二模联的内部讨论和表态，以及爱梦IMUNC理事会会议讨论和决议，我们达成了最终的共识并在此高兴地宣布，爱梦 IMUNC 与南二模联展开正式的合作，协助南二模联举办 2016 年度泛北部湾模拟联合国会议，并有幸邀请到了广西壮族自治区人民检察院以及国家检察官学院广西分院的检察官与检察官教授为会议作现场的指导。

2016 年 2 月，爱梦 IMUNC 与南二模联精诚合作，将爱梦IMUNC独具特色的法学会场引入泛北部湾模拟联合国会议中，并负责法学会场的所有规划和开展，为泛北部湾模拟联合国会议提供高水平的学术服务，与广西壮族自治区人民检察院以及国家检察官学院广西分院的检察官与检察官教授一起进行对与会代表的会前面试和培训、会上的指导以及会下的学术甜点小讲座。同时，爱梦 IMUNC 还为泛北部湾模拟联合国会议提供 iPlacard 等报名、席位分配的在线平台，协助南二模联办好这次会议。

本次会议法学会场共设置约 20 个席位。为保证会议的学术质量，代表报名将参照爱梦 IMUNC 年度会议“申请－审核－面试”的流程进行选拔，代表需通过一定的学术测试才可以获得学术指导们分配的席位。具体的报名方式、学术测试方式以及会场的架构请留意近期双方的通告。

这次会议将为中国青少年普法活动的创新、法治意识的觉醒更添一笔光彩。诚邀各位于 2016 年 2 月与我们共聚八桂大地邕水之滨的美丽绿城南宁，和我们一同奏响法治的赞歌。
