北京时间下午2时，香江-爱梦2013全国高中生模拟联合国大会在广东省广州市香江中学正式开幕。开幕式上，香江中学校长陈景惠、IMUNC学术总监黄启凡、大会执行副秘书长乔天发表了演讲。14:25分，乔天副秘书长敲下了代表会议正式开始的一槌，香江-爱梦2013全国高中生模拟联合国大会正式开始。同时，大会风纪条例正式生效。
