The pursuit of truth is more than summing up the past and thinking about the moment, but to exploring the future.

Temporarily step out from our world into the door of the Supreme Court of X. You will face a future society that exists only in our imaginations, a combination of a clear legal framework and a system based on case law, as well as a series of clash of law and philosophy yet to appear in our real world. Should virtual avatars in electronic games be protected by the law? Is the pain from the transmission of the neural signals a way to deliberately inflict pain on others? Will polygraphs that do not require people to speak become tyranny machines that deprive the freedom of speech?

These issues, although novel, are not far away from us.

In IMUNC 2016, Supreme Court of X will continue the foundation laid last year and ask our question to the future: do the existing human and law really have the ability to adapt to conflicts brought about by technological developments?
